The double room at Properties Unique Dene Rooms was absolutely cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay. I loved having my own private bathroom with a refreshing shower. The electric kettle was a big plus for making my morning cup of tea. The room had a homely vibe and the heating kept me warm during the chilly nights. I also enjoyed watching TV in bed, it was a nice touch.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a different type of bed linen. But hey, that's just my taste and I'm sure others would still find it comfortable.

The location blew my mind, less than 10 minute walk from the metro station! The neighbourhood was super nice, close to a picturesque park. The caretaker, Michael, was an absolute legend, giving us jaw-dropping recommendations for local restaurants. The check-in anytime feature was a major plus. The bed was comfy and the shower was mind-blowing, unlike most I've experienced. Plus, the easy-to-use electric kettle was a handy touch. Loved that there was wi-fi and an off-site car park, and it was great that the property had a strict no pets allowed and no smoking on site policy.

The double room at Properties Unique Dene Rooms in Newcastle upon Tyne was cozy and comfortable. I loved having an electric kettle in the room, making it convenient to have a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The private bathroom with a shower was a plus too. it felt like a home away from home for me as a business traveler.
Just a personal preference, but I found the TV in the room unnecessary. I didn't use it much during my stay, but others might still enjoy having it available.

Loved the convenience of being close to the train station and university. Also appreciated the helpful caretaker's restaurant recommendations. Thank goodness for good showers, unlike the cramped and terrible ones I've encountered before.
Who needs a clean and well-maintained hotel anyway? Definitely not me.
